Telehandlers & Forklift Trucks
|
When it comes to making a choice for your materials handling equipment, you have a lot of factors to consider. The variety of products you have to manage, and the problem of getting it to the job, only puts added pressure on your already busy schedule. The fork lift truck is just the type of machine to provide an efficient, durable and safe solution. We can provide operated or non operated telehandlers and forklifts to meet your every need.
A choice of attachments are available, from fork mounted hook assemblies to buckets and drum handlers.

Our fleet of forklifts have engine over speed shut-down (Chalwyn) valves, exhaust spark arrestors and many other safety devices fitted as standard.
We tailor all of our fleet to the customers', and the site needs. Should you have specific requirements, then contact our experienced sales staff to discuss them.
In some cases we can adapt our telescopic handlers and rough terrain forklifts to safely tow site trailers. We do this by adding hydraulic braking and 12v lighting systems to our machines. This is only really an option when all other methods have been ruled out due to practicality issues. Wherever possible, we would always recommend that trailers be towed with an appropriate towing tractor.

To complement our other ranges we can also offer a selection of Kalmar B2 category fork trucks and Caterpillar B1 category fork trucks. These machines can be adapted to work in a variety of environments with a multitude of different attachments.
Rough terrain forklifts also play an important roll on most civil engineering or petrochemical sites these days. A favourite for the scaffolders is the Manitou M26-4 with hydraulic trailer braking and pick-up hitch. This system allows operators to quickly and safely position scaffolding trailers around tight sites. As with the tele-handlers these can also be supplied with an operator or driver.
